From my first job at a local electronics store to my current career as a Senior Application Support Engineer, I have been helping people with their technology-based issues.

I use all available resources (internal/external/knowledge) to quickly diagnose issues and bring a quick resolution for minimum downtime.

While also looking to automate and improve as many processes as I can.
